Upon arrival in the Hotel car park he got himself into an argument with another driver, I couldn't understand what the argument was about, there was just an obvious angry exchange of words. The driver of vehicle registration 48KJ847 arrived for me, my partner and our 7 year old son 15 minutes late, not a good start but not the end of the world. Please take the following information as an official complaint: Re: Booking Ref 5584 collection from the Isis Hotel to Bodrum Airport on the 22nd August 2011. My families experience was not a good one, see my letter of complaint to their customer services below: It was only a transfer, still they were unable to do their job properly. So we told them that we were very disapointed and she apologised but said that the taxi was going to take about 15 more minutes. We kept calling, until one woman finally answered, she said that they had had several problems that day and hadn't sent the taxi that was going to pick us up yet. We wanted to get at the hotel, as it was getting quite late, we thought about getting a taxi if no one of Resort Hoppa showed up in the next 20 minutes. We didn't know what to do, it was our first time in Reus and we didn't know the city at all. My brother called them 5 times and they didn't answer. When we had been waiting for over half an hour, my brother called to the number of contact that Resort Hoppa had given to us in case of we had any problem. So we decided that we'd wait a few minutes for them to arrive. When we arrived at Reus Airport there wasn't anybody from Resort Hoppa waiting for us. Our flight was landing at 19.30 and we had booked our transfer tickets with Resort Hoppa. Last summer I went to Salou, Spain, with my family. The man I dealt with was unhelpful, mocking and even accusatory claiming my flight was delayed as though I was lying! I told him I would provide evidence and that I was very insulted and felt as though there was zero concern for my safety.and guess what? I never heard from them again!!!! I wrote a long letter of complaint but to say I was met with a rude response would be an understatement. I had no response while abroad and no one answered the phone to me at the number I was given in Spain. I cancelled my return journey and booked a taxi back. I had to pay out more money for taxis and drive another half mile. Bear in mind by this time it was around quarter to 1 in the morning. Then suddenly, the driver comes to a halt on a pretty quiet junction with a few closed bars and a taxi rank, opens the door, points to the taxi and shrugs when I try to plead with him not to leave me. So the 2 other customers were dropped off at their resorts and I am feeling a little nervous as the driver is not communicating with me but hopeful that he will get me to the villa safely. Then no one else turned up and we left, crazy! Another 2 separate customers arrived and got on the bus and then we waited and waited and waited for an hour and a half. He spoke no English what so ever and looked a little bewildered but ushered me onto the bus. I was the first there and he had my address but I showed him it again. So, I arrived ten minutes early from my flight and found the driver easily. I emailed the company with the address and this was all fine, I told them I was nervous travelling alone and wanted to be sure I would arrive safely. I paid slightly more for a smaller mini bus so that I could arrive quickly and safely. My friends were travelling from another part of the country so I was travelling alone, landing at 22.40 to meet them in a villa in Fuengirola. I used this company on a recent trip to Malaga. I was not sure if I could leave zero stars so I left 1 but please note if I could leave a minus result I would.
